Fledgling woman
trying to find her way.
Excited, full of hope,
pristine discoveries of youth.
A thriving blossom.
Something long forgotten, untold.
Staggered by the blow,
anguish and turmoil unforeseen.

Lost.

A new friend,
courage,
her way is found again.
Sometimes the old,
sometimes rediscovery.
Having found the cup,
love,
filled and overflowing,
she showed it to me
and found peace.
Filled with life,
she meets the challenge of herself
and soars.
