Former special education teacher, former psychiatric nurse, now working on a Master’s in English. I have a Master’s in Education and one in nursing. I am a divorced single mom with identical twin middle-school girls and two cats. I had my first poem published at the age of 15 and have been writing since I was eight. I have had poems and short stories published. I just finished writing a Young Adult novel called The Witch Hunter and am looking for either an agent or a publisher for it. I teach English part-time at a local community college in Ann Arbor, MI and am a substitute teacher.
